2. Domain Listings
All domain names listed on this website are owned by DomainBonsai and offered for sale. Prices listed are starting points and subject to change. A listing does not constitute a binding offer. All sales are final once the domain transfer is complete.
3. Purchase Process
To inquire about a domain, contact Support. Transactions are typically completed securely via EscrowDomains.com or a mutually agreed escrow service. Buyers located in India will be charged an additional 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) over and above the final agreed purchase price, payable via compliant local invoicing.
4. No Warranties
Domains are sold “as-is.” We make no warranties regarding a domain’s search traffic, search engine ranking, trademark status, or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own trademark and legal due diligence prior to purchase.
5. Trademarks
We do not intentionally infringe on trademarks. If you believe a listed domain infringes your trademark, contact us via support@domainbonsai.com and we will review the claim promptly.
6. Limitation of Liability
DomainBonsai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or the purchase of any digital asset.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, automated data harvesting, or scraping of our domain catalog.
